Chairman of the OSC, Sukh Singh and Vice Chair, Paul Delves are both platinum away members with a strong social media presence.
They have been selected by the club as liaisons between the wider fanbase and club to build an understanding of supporters wants, needs and desires.
Their rapport with supporters and the club gives much needed opportunity for supporters’ voices to be heard in an official capacity within Birmingham City Football Club.
The OSC are a handful of volunteers that give their time for the love of the football club and its fanbase.
Besides the satisfaction of meeting supporters from all over the world, no member of the team is paid or given any additional benefits.
